Heat Therapy:
Heat in microwave for 30 seconds to 2 minutes (See recommended heating instructions below). If the microwave does not have a turntable, flip the product over halfway through heating to avoid burning.
Moist Heat Therapy:
Light misting of product will provide soothing moist heat.
Warning:
Do not overheat. Heating for more than 3 minutes at one time could result in overheating or burning. Over heating will cause burns. Check temperature before use to ensure that warmth is ideal. If overheating occurs, let product cool prior to use. For external use only.
Pre-existing Conditions:
Customers with pre-existing conditions (i.e. diabetes, other) should consult a physician prior to use.
Recommended Heating Time:
The following heating times are intended as a guide. Heating times may vary depending on microwave. Increase in 15 - 30 second increments as needed. Always check temperature to ensure warmth is ideal before use.
Herbal Comfort Fan Shoulder Wrap - Heat 1-2 minutes
Herbal Comfort Booties - Heat 1 minute
Herbal Comfort Vest - Heat 2 minutes
Herbal Eye Pack - Heat 1 minute
Cold Therapy:
Place Herbal Comfort product in resealable plastic bag, place in freezer for 1-2 hours.
Cleaning and Storage:
Wipe clean with a damp cloth, lay flat to dry.
Cleaning for products with Removable Covers: Wash Removable Cover in cold water with mild detergent and like colors, line dry.
Store in cool, dry place. Storing Herbal pacs in a resealable plastic bag will increase product longevity.
